Update: tm stagetec systems is currently operating at full capacity, this includes sales, support and service. We are committed to maintaining the same high level of customer service, whilst we navigate this unprecedented global issue of COVID -19.
Following guidelines and advice from the Australian Government and the WHO, tm stagetec systems has put in place extra measures to help protect our staff and all stakeholders.
Our whole team are available Monday to Friday, business hours on their normal phone number and email address, so getting in touch with us is straight-forward as always. This includes all of our support lines and general office phone lines. We also have our online store, TMS Online (online.tm-systems.com.au), fully operational and with stock held in our warehouse ready for immediate dispatch.
Our warehouse is open and working at normal capacity. The warehouse is taking deliveries and dispatching orders as per usual. The staff that remain in our office and warehouse have been briefed on the most most up-to-date cleaning and hygiene practices.
Team members required to work on-site, have been briefed on vigilant hand-washing practices and provided bottles of sanitizer. It has been advised that staff keep a distance of 1.5m from all other personal. It is also recommended they cease hand shaking and unnecessary contact with others.
Any person that feels unwell with a cough and fever must contact their doctor and stay at home until given medical clearance to return to work and into the community.
